Society or Factory ?

         

              

            After listening, also discussing and even witnessing a lot of debates about unemployment , poverty , unskilled labour , mediocrity , there is a question in my mind, "If every person is different then how are these lines of thousands of aspirants seeking of a single job formed? How one single job is adequate or suitable for all or vice versa ?"

            When an infant comes in this beautiful world filled with colours , sounds , light and so many versatilies then he is same as nature,  pure and full of possibilities . As seed just sowed in soil and put in the contact with sunlight . Suppose if we close our plant in a box and create a hole in the box for entrance of sunlight then we find plant start growing or bending in the direction of sun. It's growth become one directional or confined. 

            From beginning of a child's birth , he/she is being told what supposed to do and what not to do and then they start growing as per given directions .Society has become more like factory which produce the same stuff in person (more like whole jungle bending in one direction). It tend to confined their potential and abilities in a close system. The so called stakeholders are status quo who resist change. Hypocrisy highs when the same person who compelled his son to do engineering and forbade his daughter to talk in public , complains about the level of monotony. People have forgotten that we are human being ,the only species who evolved in such extent and the reason behind is variation in every being. Society and its norms were formed for ease of man . There man was master who formed society but now society is master, forming man. 

            For evolution there is need of revolution. Not confiding in the barriers , having faith in our choices and decisions , taking risks to attain the highest potential and following our heart and passion not the prescribed imitative way.
